KONTRAK BELAJAR



                                                            Learning Contract

In this semester exactly in the sixth semester, I want to increasing my ability in micro teaching class. It is caused I have still weakness in teaching. Not only my way to teaching, but also mastery of a variety of material for teaching. Therefore, I must learn and motivate myself to find solutions in order to mastering micro teaching lesson.
To achieve what I expect, so I will start from my daily learning planning.
1.      Monday
At 5.30 a.m. – 6.30 a.m. I repeat my last material in micro teaching class.
2.      Tuesday
At 8.00 p.m. – 9.00 p.m. I learn new material that can be taught in Junior and Senior High School.
3.      Wednesday
At 5.30 p.m – 6.30 p.m. I watch the video that related to material that I need.
4.      Thursday
At 10.00 a.m – 11 a.m. . I seek many kinds of technique that is suitable for my teaching performance.
5.      Friday
At 5.30 a.m – 6.30 a.m I practice teaching.
6.      Saturday
At 5.30 a.m – 6.30 a.m. I evaluate my performance before and then correct where I do mistakes.
7.      Sunday
At 5.30 a.m – I learn a new title again to my next teaching.

All of my planning above must make me better in micro teaching class. It means that I have some targets for my completion in successful learning, such as :
1.      I must confidence in teaching.
2.      I will practice to teach well.
3.      I am able to mastering the material.
4.      I must can set the class well.
5.      The audiences or the students can understand what I tell them.

I will record each my performances. When I see my videos during in micro teaching class process, I can observe what the progress I have gotten. I also listen to how the comment of my lecture about my performances. If she gives positive comment, It will be a positive feedback for me that I have learned so well and vise versa.

 siswa dapat mudah mengingat vocabulary dikarnakan siswa bisa melihat langsung media tersebut,, dengan melihat media tersebut,, siswa bisa melihat gambar apakah yang ada pada media tersebut,, dan juga bisa dengan mudah untuk di ingat dalam otak,,,


semoga za dengan media tersebut, bisa dengan mudah membantu dalam pengingatan vocabulary..

COMMUNITY LANGUAGE TEACHING



INTRODUCTION
CLT is an approach the teaching of second and foreign language that emphasize interaction as both the means and the ultimate goal of learning a language. It is also refer to as “communicative approach to the teaching of foreign language” or simply the “communicative approach”. 

TYPES OF LEARNING AND TEACHING ACTIVITIES
§  Provide that such exercise unable learners to attain the communicative objective of the curriculum.
§  Engage learner in communication.




PPRINCIPLES OF CLT
1.          BEING ABLE TO FIGURE OUT THE SPEAKER'S OR WRITER'S
2.          THE TARGET LANGUAGE IS A VEHICLE FOR CLASSROOM COMMUNICATION, NOT JUST THE OBJECT OF STUDY
3.          STUDENTS SHOULD BE GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO EXPRESS THEIR IDEAS AND OPINIONS.
4.          ERRORS ARE TOLERATED AND SEEN AS A NATURAL OUTCOME OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS
5.          ONE OF THE TEACHER'S MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES IS TO ESTABLISH SITUATIONS
6.          COMMUNICATIVE INTERACTIONS 
7.          LEARNING TO USE LANGUAGE FORMS APPROPRIATELY
8.          THE TEACHER ACTS AS AN ADVISOR DURING THE ACTIVITIES
9.          THE GRAMMAR AND VOCABULARY ARE NEED
10.       STUDENT SHOULD BE GIVEN OPPORTUNITIES TO LISTEN TO LANGUAGE


 STUDENT ROLE
§  The emphasis in communicative language teaching. 


TEACHER ROLES
The teacher has two main roles:
§  The communication process between all participants in the classroom.
§  Act as an independent participant within the learning teaching group.
Conclusion
John firth stressed that language needed to be studied in the broader sociocultural context of its use, with included participants, their behavior and belief, the objects of linguistic discussion, and word choice.

Definition of CBLT
Competency Based Language Teaching is a method or based on functional and interaction of language to improve the quality in terms of assessment teaching and student learning.

The goal of CBLT
To enable student to become autonomous individuals capable of coping with the demands of the world, and can also assist learners in mastering the competencies to be able reading, listening, creative and observe it to form a competence.

The characteristic of CBLT
  A focus on successful functioning in society
  A focus on life skills
  Task or performance centered orientation
  Modularized instruction
  Outcomes that are made explicit a priori
  Continuous and ongoing assessment
  Demonstrated mastery of performance objectives
  Individualized, student centered instruction
Use Language and Language Skills
  The emphasized areas of language are on overt behavior rather than on knowledge or the ability to talk about language and skill:
Ø Pronunciation
Ø Vocabulary
Ø Grammar Pattern
Ø Writing
Ø Speaking
Ø  Reading 

The advantages of CBLT
  The learner can judge whether the competencies seem relevant and useful
  The competencies are specific and practical can be seen to relate to the learners need and interest
  The student can generally communicate well, having learn all the basic structure of the language
  The competencies can be mastered one at a time, so the learners can see what has been learned and what still remains to be learned
  The students are motivated to mention and understand the word in the target language because the teacher uses some media to improve the skill or learner. 

The disadvantages of CBLT
The learning and teaching process will be passive if the teachers do not motivate their student to improve ability to apply basic and other skill in situations that are commonly encountered in everyday life. 

CONCLUSION
CBLT is a method teaching about language as the subject to enable student to become autonomous individuals capable of coping with the demands of the world.
